01. How long does the consultation take?
On average, between 20 and 30 minutes. A complete consultation usually lasts at least 25 minutes, while an annual follow-up check takes around 20 minutes. We take the time to assess everything that matters for your vision, without rushing.
02. Will anything hurt during the consultation?
The consultation is non-invasive. Some tests involve brighter lights or a short puff of air directed at the eye, but any sensations are brief. You are informed before each step and can let us know at any time if you need a break.
03. Do I need an appointment?
Yes, an appointment is required so you have a time slot reserved just for you and do not have to wait.
04. Can I bring my old glasses or a previous prescription?
Yes, that is helpful. We can compare your previous prescription with your current results and better understand how your vision has changed over time.
05. Is the consultation the same for children and adults?
The principle is the same. We want to understand how the eyes see and how healthy they are, but the approach is adapted to the patient’s age. If you are coming with your child, please mention their age when booking so we can prepare everything to make the visit as comfortable as possible.
