Orders placed for the products sold by Best Optic can be collected exclusively from the store location: 69 15 Noiembrie Boulevard, Brașov 500097.
Order delivery will be carried out within a maximum of 10 working days from the payment of the advance.
RETURN POLICY
- Return procedure
The return request must be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from taking possession of the product. This request must be made physically at the store location mentioned above, together with the presentation of the purchased product. - Return information
It is recommended that products be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, with intact labels, the documents that accompanied them, and a copy of the purchase invoice.
Returning an incomplete product, without all the accessories that accompanied it in the package, will lead to a reduction in value.
Returning products that show physical changes, dents, chips, scratches, stains, mechanical shocks, etc., will lead to a reduction in value depending on the service department’s findings. The costs of services already performed at the time of delivery and payment of the order will be borne by the client, and the refund of the product value will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the date we are informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract, but not before the date of receiving the goods. - Reduction in the value of returned goods
Reduction in the value of returned goods (According to Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 Art. 14, Para. 3). Since in the case of distance sales the consumer does not have the opportunity to see the goods before concluding the contract, they have the right of withdrawal. For the same reason, the consumer is allowed to test and inspect the goods purchased to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
To establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, the consumer must handle and inspect them in the same manner as would be permitted in a physical store. For example, the consumer should only try on a clothing item, not wear it on various occasions. Electronic and household products may only be tested by turning them on and off, NOT by using them for the purpose for which they were produced. Therefore, during the withdrawal period, the consumer must handle and inspect the goods with due care.
The consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine their nature, qualities and functioning.
Actions accepted for determining the nature, quality and functioning of goods:
unpacking without destroying or damaging the original packaging, following the unpacking instructions (where the manufacturer indicates handling instructions), without damaging the packaging, product or accessories;
visual, tactile and olfactory inspection (where this does not violate the provisions below);
in the case of products that do not require installation of consumable accessories or connection to utilities other than electricity, supplying power only and turning them on/off is permitted;
in the case of products requiring installation of consumable accessories (e.g. filters, refill cartridges, printer cartridges, toner, etc.) or connection to utilities other than electricity (e.g. water, gas, compressed air), only connection to electricity and turning on/off is permitted; installation of consumable accessories is not permitted. If a consumer exercises the right of withdrawal after using the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, the consumer is liable for any reduction in value.
Actions not accepted, leading to reduction in value or loss of withdrawal right:
using electronic or household appliances in any way other than testing by turning them on/off;
breaking seals and labels;
tearing or damaging original packaging (original packaging is an integral part of the product);
scratching, dirtying, staining, impregnating products with external substances;
unsealing consumable accessories (e.g. ink cartridges, toner, etc.);
unsealing or installing software licenses;
unsealing food, cosmetic, personal care, cleaning products, baby/newborn products or underwear. In case of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer is responsible only for the reduction in value resulting from handling other than necessary.
If the returned product has damaged or incomplete original packaging, signs of wear, scratches, dents, electrical shocks, missing accessories, missing warranty certificates, the consumer is responsible for the reduction in value.
Before returning the product, please protect the original packaging with stretch plastic film or a cardboard box. Do not cut the original packaging and do not stick labels or adhesive tape on it.
Used products with signs of wear (stains, scratches, bends, cracks, dents, etc.) are accepted for return only after being brought into conformity, involving costs of cleaning, cosmetic restoration, repair, replacement of damaged parts and restoring them to a commercial condition for resale as Refurbished products.
The final value will be established depending on the value of parts to be replaced and refurbishment labor, or as the difference between the original value of the new product and the resale value of the used product.
Products with damaged original packaging (crumpled, torn, cut, punctured, wet, with label marks, adhesive tape, pen, marker, etc.) will have their value reduced by the cost of restoring conformity.
Products with missing or incomplete original packaging (e.g. safety supports, protective cardboard or polystyrene elements, etc.) will have their value reduced according to the cost of restoring conformity.
Any change in product condition or damage to original packaging that makes it impossible to sell the product as new automatically leads to the application of the return procedure subject to restoration fees.
The reduction ranges between 10% and 90% of the initial product value. The reduction fee will be communicated to the client upon reception of the products.
the returned product must be accompanied by the original warranty certificate, if issued by the manufacturer/distributor, except for warranty certificates issued electronically;
if the returned products were accompanied by bonuses/gifts, these must also be returned. Otherwise, their value will be deducted from the refund.
B.G. Vision S.R.L. (bestoptic.ro) recommends, for the proper conduct of the return procedure, keeping the packaging and accessories complete. Returning a product without packaging or without packaging accessories (e.g. safety/protection cardboard or polystyrene supports) or without product accessories will lead to a reduction in value as mentioned above.
The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for: the supply of sealed goods which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed, such as food products, cosmetic products, underwear, electronic products that have come into contact with skin/hair/oral cavity/ears.
- Categories of products that cannot be returned
Products excluded, without right of return:
products made according to the specifications presented by the consumer or clearly personalized (prescription lenses are manufactured based on individual specific requirements and are therefore not eligible for return);
products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
unsealed consumable products from any product category in the offer;
sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed by the consumer, including certain products in the PERSONAL CARE, MOTHER & CHILD or SPORT & FITNESS categories used for hygiene/body care or food purposes;
products which, after delivery, according to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other elements.
